Exotic leather care guide

Reptile leather is one of the rarest and most valuable leathers out there. Most famous is crocodile leather, however snake leather is a beautiful kind of reptile leather as well. Reptile is totally different when compared with calf leather and should thus be treated differently.

1. Preferably, don’t wash your reptile leather shoes, if it’s really necessary to remove some dirt, only use a lukewarm moist cotton cloth.
2. Apply Saphir Reptan Cream for all kinds of reptile leathers with a cotton applicator cloth. This cream perfectly nourishes, protects and shines your reptile product. Let dry until it looks mat and all cream has been absorbed.
3. Gently brush out the cream with a horsehair brush. Pay attention when brushing snake and lizard leather, to brush in the direction of the scales.
